The lowdown is a Mental Health charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25-year-olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include counselling, well-being drop-ins, LGBTQ+ support, practical support and sexual health. “The lowdown believes that no young person should ever experience mental health issues alone.” The lowdown offers a caring environment where young people are always supported on their journey towards positive emotional health and well-being. We are members of the REACH partnership providing professional and confidential services for young people across Northamptonshire. You’re safe with us. Our fully trained team provides accessible, safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental services.
