Are your prices plus VAT?
Yes. Unless we specifically say otherwise, prices on this page are shown excluding VAT.
Do I have to choose one of the packages?
No. Our packages cover the things clients ask us for most often, but we're happy to quote for something more bespoke.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available on selected services and packages.
Talk to us and we'll explain the options before you commit.
Will I know the full price before work starts?
Yes. We'll make the agreed scope and costs clear before your project begins. If you later ask us to add work outside that scope, we'll explain any additional cost before carrying it out.
Why do some services say “from”?
Some projects vary considerably depending on size and complexity.
For example, designing a four page brochure involves a very different amount of work from designing a forty page brochure.
A “from” price gives you a realistic starting point before we know the exact specification.
Why are some prices POA?
Certain services can't be priced accurately until we understand what you need.
We'll ask for enough information to provide a sensible quote rather than guessing.
Can you create a bespoke package?
Absolutely. If the standard options don't fit, tell us which services you need and we'll discuss the most sensible combination.
Is printing included in graphic design prices?
Unless a package specifically says otherwise, design and print are separate.
That means we can create the artwork alone or help organise professional printing afterwards.
