A Busy Start To 2020!

A Busy Start To 2020

January can sometimes be seen as a slow month but it’s certainly been a busy start to the year for the team at Poppy Design Studio.

We’ve been working with Polka Dot Events Management and their branding for this year’s Northamptonshire’s Good Food and Drink Festival and it’s been great to finalise the website ahead of the festival this June. We’ve been updating the website for the event with new sponsors and getting the site ready for the new exhibitors as well as working on the design for the festival advertising which is due to be printed in business publications leading up to the event.

A good addition to the Poppy team

Simon, our new Marketing Manager, has also been working on the PR and Media Releases for the event and we’ve been successful in having these published across regional media publications as well as settling into the business. He’s also been out networking to local business network meetings and keeping up with clients including Shire Sounds Radio where he hosts his own radio show.

New website launches

We’ve been busy launching a number of websites for our clients and have been working to support our clients following their launch with Nigel leading the aftercare service. It’s been a pleasure to launch websites for Red Cat Broadcasting and Indigrow to name a few.

Lottie has been working on some great graphic design projects including the brochure for Teamwork Trust which received glowing feedback and logo creation for a new business which is being prepared for launch. She’s also been working on a very exciting project for a client who gave us a design brief which will end up as an embroidery on a garment for a trip across the US!

Ryan has been busy maintaining our existing clients’ websites with updates and ensuring they are safe and secure.

Going into February, we look forward to an exciting month ahead working hard for our clients and supporting our community where we can.
